What data we collect
Contact and customer data. When you book through the Timma booking service, we process your name, phone number, email address and booking history (treatments booked and their dates).
Health information. Before certain treatments we ask for information necessary for your safety, such as allergies, skin conditions, current medication, pregnancy or other health factors that may affect the treatment. You provide this information yourself, and it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent. It is used solely to carry out your treatment safely.
Our website uses no cookies or analytics; browsing the site collects no data about you.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to manage bookings, carry out treatments safely and maintain the customer relationship. Contact data is processed on the basis of a contract (your booking); health information on the basis of explicit consent (Article 9 GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention
Customer data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. Accounting records are kept for six years as required by the Finnish Accounting Act. Health information is kept for no longer than five years from your last visit, or until you withdraw your consent, after which it is deleted.
Disclosure
Booking data is processed in the Timma service (Timma Oy), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not disclose your data to third parties for marketing and do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.
Security
Paper client records are kept in a locked space accessible only to staff. Access to electronic systems is protected with personal credentials.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to or restrict processing. Requests should be addressed to the data controller using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi).

We may update this notice. The current version is always available on this page.
